- Balanced Value Fund
The Balanced Value Fund is designed to offer long term capital preservation and long-term capital growth by giving you a steady income and capital gains. The portfolio will be moderate-risk tolerance and will exhibit moderate fluctuations in the value of your assets, allowing you to invest in a broader range of asset classes with less volatility.
Allocation Strategy
- 50-60% Equity
- {High quality value stock with low risk and good growth potential. Mostly Blue Chips.}
- 40-50% Fixed Income
Minimum Investment: NPR 3,00,000
The Client has the option to transfer securities in their possession to the Portfolio Manager as part of the minimum amount of investment required. The closing price of the securities on the latest trading day will be used to determine the value of the securities accepted by the portfolio manager. The Portfolio Manager maintains the right to accept or reject the assets that the Client desires to transfer.
Target Return - Ranging between 10 to 15 percent.
Performance Fee above hurdle rate: 8%
Lock-in Period – 3 Years
Hurdle Rate – 8%
Exit Fee – 1%
