NIC Asia Capital Limited presents a serviceable Portfolio Management Services (PMS) product – “Income Guaranteed Fund” that is set to bring an enthusiasm among the certain group of investors. This product is aimed at Retired Persons, Pension Funds Persons, or other expecting regular income source with minimum risk exposures. Primarily, Investment will be done in Fixed Income Instrument as per assets allocation.
1. Minimum AUM Size and Tenure
- This product offers the minimum portfolio size of NPR 10 Lakhs.
- The minimum investment horizon is 3 years whereas minimum lock in period shall be 1 years.
2. Asset Allocation
- 0-20% on Listed Securities (i.e shares, bonds, and debentures)
- 80-100% on Fixed Deposit/Bank Deposit
